This Privacy Policy explains how PT Advotics Teknologi Global ("Advotics", "we") processes the personal data of visitors to this website, in accordance with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. It applies only to this marketing website, not to the Advotics platform services, which are governed by separate customer agreements.

- Data you voluntarily provide when contacting us through the contact form, WhatsApp, email, or phone, such as your name, company, job title, industry, email address, phone number, and message.
- Technical data automatically logged by our servers when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and access time.

How we use your data
- To respond to inquiries, demo requests, or job applications you send us.

Cookies and third-party services
Videos on this website are hosted by YouTube. The YouTube player only loads after you press play; from then on YouTube (Google) may set cookies under its own privacy policy.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to measure visits in aggregate, such as pages viewed, traffic sources, and approximate city-level location. Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_* cookies that last up to 2 years. We do not use this data for advertising or ad personalization, and it may be processed on Google servers outside Indonesia.
Google Analytics is not loaded until you press "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link at the bottom of every page, which also deletes the Google Analytics cookies. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Sharing your data

Data you submit through our contact form is stored in HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.), the CRM platform we use to manage communication with prospective customers, and may be processed on servers outside Indonesia. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam; reCAPTCHA may process technical data about your device and set cookies under Google's privacy policy.
Retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by regulation, then delete or anonymize it. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
